Hi, I'm Justin.
I grew up telling stories as a little boy on my grandmama’s screened in porch, to escape the sweltering heat of the north Georgia summer. Storytelling was as much a part of our daily lives as fried chicken and sweet tea. Those afternoons spinning tales are my favorite childhood memories; they made me laugh, think, and ultimately connect.
It’s no wonder that today I make my living telling stories. I do it through creating content marketing campaigns, I do it through acting on stage and on television, I do it through sharing what I’ve learned with others.
I was recently honored as one of the travel/ hospitality industry's "Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Marketing" and was named one of "New York's Funniest People" (by popular vote)!
I am currently the Brand Marketing and Communications Manager for South African Tourism where I work with an extraordinary team to creatively tell South Africa’s tourism story here in the United States.
As an actor, I've been seen on NBC & Comedy Central and at New York's City Center. Or perhaps you've seen me on stages across the country as the stuffed-shirt clock, Cosgworth in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast or as Edna Turnblad in the National Tour of Hairspray—two of my favorite roles.
No matter where I am or what I'm doing, I make it my job to listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, then follow my intuition—trusting that my unique point of view can add great value to the project at hand. I want to inspire others to do the same.
